Green Smoothie

Ingredients
½ cup baby spinach
1 Granny Smith apple
2 kiwis
1 banana
Juice of 1 lime
¼ cup shelled pistachios
2 tablespoons honey
1½ cup soy milk
¼ cup peeled and toasted pistachios
Instructions
In a blender, mix the peeled and sliced kiwis, cored apple (with skin), pistachios, spinach, soy milk, lime juice and honey. Blend on high until well blended. Drink as is or pour it through a sieve.
Decorate with peeled and roasted pistachios.
