“Super Snack” Nutrition Event In China

American Pistachio Growers held a “Super Snack” themed nutrition seminar and media event in Nanjing, China, on July 14. APG nutrition expert in China, Dr. Ge Sheng (Director of the Clinical Nutrition Department, Sixth People’s Hospital of Shanghai Jiaotong University) and Zheng Jinfeng (Director of the Nutrition Department, Nanjing General Hospital of PLA) shared research findings about the role pistachios play in glycemic control, which helps to prevent diabetes.
